Eligibility
1. Three-year Bachelor Degree (after 10+2) from a recognized University in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
2. Those awaiting results of Degree examinations may also apply. If proof of graduation is not submitted by 30th September 2008, their admission will be automatically cancelled without refund of fee.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with one or two years of work experience after degree, as well as to Graduates / Post-Graduates in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology and Agriculture.
Admission Process
1. Applicants are short-listed on the basis of CAT-07 / IIFT-07 / XAT-08 / MAT (Sep’07, Dec’07, & Feb’08)/ GET-08 / GMAT test scores, for Essay Writing, Case Analysis, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
2. Final selection is based on aggregate of the best Test Score and scores in essay writing, case analysis, GD and PI.
3. Group Discussions and Personnel Interviews will be held during March 2008 at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam and Bhubaneswar. The Institute reserves the right to add or delete any centre(s).
4. GIFT Entrance Test (GET-08) will be conducted on 16th March, 2008, at the same centres mentioned above for GD and PI.
Last Dates
The last date for filled-in applications together with enclosures is 10th December, 2007 for candidates with CAT Registration. No. and 11th February, 2008 for other scores. Candidates, who have appeared in more than one entrance test, may apply with all the registration numbers / test scores, in a single application.
Foreign / NRI Candidates
The programme is also open to Foreign /NRI candidates.
Fee
The course fee is Rs. 2 lakhs per annum payable in two installments. The Institute will provide support to obtain educational loans. The fee for Foreign / NRI candidates is the US Dollar equivalent of Rs.4 lakhs per annum.
Hostel Facilities
The PGDM (IB) is a full time residential Programme. The hostel accommodation will be allotted on single occupancy basis at the sole discretion of the Institute. A refundable deposit of Rs.10,000/- and a non-refundable deposit of Rs.20,000/- will have to be paid at the time of admission. The hostel rent (on single occupancy basis) and boarding charges will be approximately Rs.54,000/- per academic year.
Hostel rooms for PGDM (IB) students have internet connection. Laptops are compulsory at student‘s own cost.
